Terms of Service
Last updated: 19 October 2026
In short: every project starts with a written proposal that sets out the scope, price and timeline. You own your final website and videos once they're fully paid. We do careful, professional work, but we can't guarantee specific business results such as rankings or sales.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of orotdigitalsolutions.com (the "website") and to the services provided by Orot Digital Solutions ("we", "us"). Orot Digital Solutions is the business name of Nissime Maxime Kutasi, an exempt dealer (Osek Patur, עוסק פטור) registered in Israel, no. 330262528. Address: 54 Menachem Begin St., Hadera, Israel. By using the website or ordering a service, you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy are part of these terms.
2. Our services
We create and redesign websites, produce promotional business videos, and offer optional website maintenance. The packages and prices on the website describe what's typically included. The written proposal or quote you accept (by email, signature or payment) sets out the exact scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule and estimated timeline, and it takes priority over the general descriptions on the website.
Work that isn't in the agreed scope (such as new pages, features, extra revision rounds or rush delivery) is quoted separately and starts only after you approve it.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars unless your proposal says otherwise. As an exempt dealer (Osek Patur), we don't charge VAT; you'll receive a receipt for each payment.
- Payments are due as set out in your proposal. Work starts once the first payment is received.
- If a payment is overdue, we may pause the work, and we may hold back the final files or the launch until the balance is paid.
- Optional maintenance ($50/month unless agreed otherwise) is billed monthly in advance and continues until cancelled, as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide the content, materials, feedback and approvals we need, on time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
- Make sure you own, or have permission to use, everything you send us (texts, images, logos, music, videos, trademarks), and that it is accurate and lawful. You're responsible for any claim arising from materials you supply.
- Review the work carefully before you approve it. Approval of the final version means you accept that the work matches the agreed scope.
- Keep your own accounts (domain, hosting, email, social media) secure, with strong passwords and two-step verification.
5. Revisions and approval
Each package includes the revision rounds stated in it or in your proposal (for example, the Video Spotlight package includes one revision round). A revision round means one consolidated list of changes within the agreed scope. Changes in direction after a concept or design has been approved, or extra rounds, are quoted separately.
If you don't respond to a delivery or a request for feedback within 14 days, we may treat that stage as approved. If a project is inactive for 60 days because we're waiting for you, we may close it; you can reopen it later, subject to our availability and any updated pricing.
6. Timelines
Timelines in proposals are good-faith estimates. We'll keep you informed of progress and of anything that could affect the schedule.
7. Ownership and licences
- Your final deliverables: once the project is paid in full, you own the final website design and content created specifically for you, and the final video files, and may use them for your business without limit.
- Your materials remain yours. You give us permission to use them only to deliver your project.
- Our tools and know-how: we keep ownership of our pre-existing code, templates, components, methods and general know-how. Where these are part of your deliverables, you receive a permanent, non-exclusive licence to use them as part of your website or video.
- Third-party assets (such as fonts, stock images, music, plugins or services) are provided under their own licences, which you agree to follow.
- Portfolio: we may show the finished work, and your business name, in our portfolio and marketing, unless you ask us not to in writing.
8. Third-party services
Websites rely on outside services such as domain registrars, hosting, email, scheduling and payment providers. These are provided by their own companies under their own terms and prices, ideally in accounts owned by you. We aren't responsible for their outages, price changes or policy changes, but we'll help you deal with them under a maintenance plan or a separate quote.
9. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver your project. Any account access you share with us is used only for the agreed work. Please change shared passwords once the project is finished.
10. Results and warranties
We provide our services with professional care and skill. If you find a defect in our work (something that doesn't function as agreed) within 30 days of launch or final delivery, tell us and we'll fix it at no charge. That doesn't cover changes made by you or others, third-party services, or new requests.
We can't guarantee particular business results, such as search engine rankings, traffic, leads or sales, or that a website will be free of every error or always available.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project (or, for maintenance, the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim). We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or rights you have as a consumer.
12. Using this website
- The content of this website, including texts, designs, videos, logos and demos, belongs to Orot Digital Solutions or its licensors. Please don't copy or reuse it without permission.
- Don't misuse the website: no attempts to break its security, overload it, send spam or false inquiries, or collect data from it automatically.
- Demo websites shown in our portfolio are examples created to show our work; the businesses, people and details in them may be fictional.
- Links to other websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content.
13. Ending a project
Either side may end a project by written notice if the other seriously breaches these terms and doesn't fix it within 14 days. Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
14. Events outside our control
Neither side is responsible for delays caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as power or internet outages, failures of third-party services, illness, emergencies or war. We'll keep you informed and resume as soon as possible.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction, unless consumer protection law where you live gives you a different right. We'll always try to solve any disagreement with you directly first. Please email orotdigitalsolutions@gmail.com.
16. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you accept a proposal applies to that project.
