This notice explains what happens to the details you send through the contact form and booking calendar on this website.

What we collect

• Your name, business name and business email.
• Your phone or WhatsApp number, existing website and project message, if you choose to add them.
• Your industry and the service you're interested in.
• If you book a call: the meeting time you choose and the details the booking calendar asks for.
• The date and time of your inquiry and the page you sent it from.

How we use it

Only to reply to your inquiry, prepare for and hold your consultation, and send you a proposal if you ask for one. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to a newsletter without asking.

Where it's kept

Inquiries are stored in a private Google Sheet and our Gmail inbox, which only Orot Digital Solutions can access. Bookings are handled by our scheduling provider (Calendly) and Google Calendar, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to work with you, and delete inquiries that don't lead to a project within 24 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time by emailing orotdigitalsolutions@gmail.com.
